The consultation connected Bahadur's earlier research in neuroscience and neurotechnology with questions of mental privacy, autonomy, identity, coercion, discrimination, innovation, international cooperation, and implementation.
Her contribution also argued for greater attention to youth stakeholders and the governance of neural and cognitive data.
